No photograph "proof" may be removed from this website. Proofs are the images that appear on this site with the words "Proof only (C) Lorelle Mercer" watermarked on the image. No-one has my permission to digitally transmit, download or display any images from my website. This includes the display of my proofs on the following:-

FACEBOOK PROFILES

MYSPACE PROFILES

WEBSITE FORUMS

PERSONAL / STUD/SPONSOR WEBSITES

ADVERTISING WEBSITES

This also includes the scanning of printed proofs that I mail to exhibitors for their persual.

Any purchased images may be used on the abovementioned websites.

Image theft will no longer be tolerated.

The following course of action will be taken against offenders displaying my proof images on any website:-

All of the offending party's proof images will be removed from my website;

I will not photograph the offending party's horse/s at future events;

Offenders will be billed for each and every proof image they display illegally;

All rights reserved - Legal action may be taken.

If this image theft continues, I will cease my online proof service from all events attended and will go back to just mailing out printed proofs to exhibitors.

By selecting "I agree to your terms" to access my image proofs, you are aware that if you are caught illegally displaying my proofs that legal action may be taken for infringing my copyright.

Effective immediately, any entity found displaying a "proof" - an image that is watermarked with the words "Proof only (C) Lorelle Mercer" - is liable to a $150.00 account for each & every image displayed. No one is to download any image from this website, nor display any printed proof that I mail to exhibitors.
