In Brief...

I can not take orders over the telephone as I'm often away from my desk and as payment is needed before your order is processed. You will find a full list of print sizes along with relevant prices on the Order Form pages. Please note, that the on-line proofs are low resolution for speedy download time. All ordered prints are colour corrected, cropped and centred before being sent to a Professional Lab, printed on photographic paper by the "time proven" method - through photographic chemicals, thus producing longer lasting memories.

Effective immediately, any entity found displaying a "proof" - an image that is watermarked with the words "Proof only (C) Lorelle Mercer" - is liable to a $150.00 account for each & every image displayed. No one is to download any image from this website, nor display any printed proof that I mail to exhibitors.

Copyright

I retain Copyright of all proofs & ordered enlargements. This means that the prints, proofs and images on-line are not to be copied, downloaded or re-printed. Lifting/downloading/right- clicking/printing of images is forbidden. As is copying wording that appears on this website and designs for that matter.

Only purchased images may be used for advertising purposes, providing a photo credit (ie. Photo: Lorelle Mercer) appears with the image.

Enhanced Images

Have your photograph professionally re-touched. If you wish to have an object removed, backgrounds blurred or removed, I am able to do this for you. These images do carry an added service fee due to the time involved to carry out the Enhancement of your chosen image. Please don't forget to include any instructions in the 'Comments' section of the order form, if you don't I'll assume you're leaving the artwork choice to me. Emailing Images

I am able to email images to your personal computer or directly to Magazines for advertising purposes. The image/s are sent as a 4"x6" 300dpi jpeg.  The price listed on the order form is on a per image per email address basis. The following Terms of Use information will be sent to you with your ordered image/s...

"Image Terms of Use: Image/s supplied is 4"x6" @ 300dpi and may be printed at this size – no larger - if you're after larger prints they are available for purchase - images are kept on file indefinately. The image/s may be used for advertising purposes in print form or web providing a photo credit ie. "Photo: Lorelle Mercer" accompanies the image. I retain the Copyright on the image/s, the fee you have paid is for the simple use of the image as stated above. It is your responsibility to archive this image." 

How long before I receive my order?

Ordinarily, you can expect to receive your prints or email images within 4-6 weeks of your payment being cleared. Turnaround time will of course vary depending on my workload, show schedule & interstate commitments.

Ordered prints will arrive in a presentation folder packaged within a reinforced document mailer to protect your prints and will be mailed via Australia Post.

Payment Options

I am unable to process orders before receiving payment.  Credit card payments may be made online only - not over the 'phone, not via email, only via the website.

Direct transfer may be made to my bank account. If paying via direct deposit, you may fill in the order form on-line & submit the order, account details are listed on the order form. Please make your transfer as soon as possible, using your surname as the reference or if paying by cash at a St. George Branch use your postcode as a reference. It would be greatly appreciated if you could send me confirmation that your payment has been made, thank you.

If you wish to make a payment by cheque or money order, you may fill in the order form, print & mail with payment - please do not submit your order.

If you have any queries about any images you see on this site, please email or 'phone me rather than submitting an order on-line and no, I will not reply to SMS queries or SMS "orders" ! Thank you.
